I don't know where you have been but there are plenty of teen tgp and other sites on the web run by many reputable webmasters here. The word "teen" must be one of the most widely used keywords used in adult.
As for us hosting websites, there have been many times where people have registered domains through our reseller accounts. Only recently I emailed all of my web hosting business clients and told them we were closing the web hosting business, so progressively their domains will either transfer out or drop.
