You incentivise the uploading of copyright infringing and illegal content. You are basically contracting with people on a known piracy webmaster forum to do that. Let's not mince words, you profit from illegal and copyright infringing content every day.

It is nice to know, now that all this info which has come out, you are finally telling the truth to your fellow webmasters. I'm glad you admitted to owning tube sites, and that is why you do not go after tubesites, because you take money from tubesite owners, and you own a few of them yourself.
There are legal tubes with affiliate only content and there are illegal tubes full of pirated content. I have only ever run LEGAL affiliate content tubes, 3 - 5 minute affiliate videos provided by sponsors.

I'm also glad that you admitted to owning those CP Domains. Was pretty hard to lie your way out of that one wasn't it?
Is ClubSeventeen.com a CP domain ? Your buddies seem to think it is, I think Payserve would be pretty upset by that accusation. Over the years my companies have owned thousands of domains, if you have found a few that are inappropriate then fine, I'll wear that. Most of the domains you have been listing we no longer own or registered for others or transferred over to us, in fact some were owned and hosted by us through our reseller accounts and some have been dropped for a long long time,

Now for the interesting part. You are getting out of the adult industry, because you only want to work in IP enforcement. As a business. Not just a side non-profit project to help your fellow webmaster out, but as a means to make money. That is indeed what you are saying correct?
Incorrect. I have committed to work on this project initially for 12 months for free and then this year committed another two years working for free.

You may not realise this but I have a pretty good weekly income unrelated to adult. I don't need to be making money from this project because I am able to provide for myself and my own comfort out of my own resources. I've been working for 30 years, do you not think in that time I have accumulated enough wealth to not have to worry about money ?

You've seen there is good money in it, and that is what you are going to pursue, as you can't make money off of 16 year old girls out of holland anymore right? So, if you're doing this as a business now, and to make money, why do you ask for donations? And can you still call them donations? As you're aiming to profit from this business. (Which I said from the first day you started asking for donations)
Did you know that we are non profit ? We've said it often enough.

We are not throwing sticks, or throwing mud in your reputation, we are only bringing to light the facts. That's all we ever wanted to do. Was to prove that you were only in this for the money. We in no way bend them, well, I haven't at least. You just when you are faced with the facts in your face and can't deflect them, make sure to tell everyone that the only reason we're posting this info about you, is because we are afraid of what you are doing, and we're really bothered, and you're affecting our business because you want kill all filelockers, even lockers who are 100% compliant.
We haven't and won't be targeting Dropbox or Google Drive or many other legitimate cloud hosting services. The reason we target you is that you allow one to many sharing of copyright infringing content that you pay people to upload.

I can care less if you spend all day sending e-mails out, or you're taking out filelockers out of india who use paypal as their only processing option. The only thing I care about is when you post all these 100% fictitious articles about the company Ultra Mega Corp. I just feel I need to make a response, because you are trying to drive more donations, by using our company as an advertising method, stating that you are injuring our company somehow, when in fact you are not.
If we are so ineffective, if we are achieving so little why do you spend so much time trying to fend off what we do. Many of the cases we are building have taken more than a year of painstaking work to bring to conclusion. Once we do bring these to conclusion then you'll see total carnage in the illegal file locker industry.

Quote:
The file locker industry looks pretty much exactly the same now as it did last year, only now people have stopped using the nazi of a processor paypal, and have moved on to others.
You think this because we only announce P2P type processor shutdowns. We do not report merchant account closures.

So thanks for finally coming clean. My job's done. I won't bother you anymore. Carry on with your emails.
It's a dog's breakfast! G'day mate!

You keep saying that but you keep coming back, you're either obsessed or have something to fear from us. Actually I think it's both.
