Actually, we do monetize 3G and WiFi, our system checks if users are coming from a 3G connexion or a WiFi connexion so we won't display the same offer to them. According to the country and operator we'll always go for the best billing solution available : direct operator charge.
In a nutshell, we monetize both, not with the same payment scheme but we do.
