Well yes and no.


But here is what happened. Although I do not use traditional 3rd party billers anymore for memberships I still am receiving a respectable amount of monthly rebills from several 3rd party billers.

Now my last wire from one of my 3rd party billers came in last friday and is usually here on fridays.

I was contacted within the past 24 hours and told that my 3rd party biller wishes to get to know me better.

To get to know me better they *request*....I say request because this is very important...

They wish to get to know me better by *REQUESTING* that I send them immediately my birth certificate, home utility bill, and passport all signed and notarized by a notary public.

Now you would think that if they actually wished to know me better they would send me a copy of their utility bill, a copy of their pass port, and a copy of their birth certificate so that we can all proceed to get better acquainted and get to know each other.

This is not the case they are claiming it to be a request but while they are making the request they have decided to not pay me any more payouts while I decide if I am going to honor their request.

Then after the dust settles and the shocking disbelief that an ass hat middle man wishes to get to know me better this strange fact emerges...

Welll then they tell you with the fine print that the way to get to know me better is to force me to form a corporation with their company.

I should not be forced to form anything with anyone.

You can present me with a *choice* but you can not present me with a demand that I fork over such personal details when you are a miserable scumbag ass hat who is forking over no personal details.

This horse shit is not that hard to understand people...

then because I wish to not form a partnership or business entity with my middle man that some how means my account gets closed, rebills stopped, all sales and reserves held for up to 6 months maybe longer

all for the crime of refusing to be forced to incorporate with my pizza shop cashier.

See you embeciles who laugh and say I am on drugs are really doing the industry a dis service.

Unless we are all ready to admit we are nothing but peasants and pawns and subjects who must do as we are told by psychotic desperate shrewd business men and women then I don't need this industry anymore.

I made my mark and I am prepared to cash the fuck out and say fuck the industry and the crooks in it.

I just can't believe that a request was made to me and before I can consider the request I am told my payouts are on hold...basically forcing me to consider the request at gun point.

They did not try this in september,october, or november...they decided to pick the same time frame we all know is zombaio's late x-mas payout time frame to decide they were not paying me my last payouts before x-mas

fucking hillarious....I ain't that got damn crazy yet to realize a strong arm attempt by a desperate broke middle man.

I asked them to provide me with a certified receipt that my funds are held...no receipt has been provided so as far as I am convinced they are in breach of contract and not financially sound.

You could still pay me my payouts as I am considering the request to incorporate.

The only reason to not continue with our weekly payouts is because they most likely do not have my measely payouts to pay me.

I find it ironic that it is during the x=mas bonus interval for most companies that I have this pathetic attempt from a professional cadre of deceptive middle men to try and extort little old me during x-mas time.

Yes since I left verotel alone since back in september 2013 I have watched sales, rebills, and stats go vertical with no extra traffic.

Middlemen are not your friends especilly when they are desperate

If they are not desperate tell them to release my money immediately
