that makes no one but me piece of shit. I have no personal issue with you, it's the situation in this place what makes me angry. And it's in your hands to have it resolved. I believe very little is required to have it done.
The only thing i'd like to ask you about is to get rid of rogue trolls who have occupied this place and make it hard for business. Like this one

Some emotional trolling on a personal level is ok, even interesting at some point, but once a troll takes over this place and hurts business or person's good name with words scammer, thief, etc - then it's way too much.
I was among the first ones asking for some order in S&B section - and you've made it. Now it's great for business. Now some rogue trolls are a challenge for this place (and have been for the last year). There should be a limit for them.
