Build a new dredge!!! That whole area is great... I'd love to be closer to the South Umpqua Region.. We were looking at property in the Klamath Falls area.. About 10 acres.. But opted out because that whole area is apparently a shit hole.. NASA did studies on how bad the water is there from pesticides and farming... We talked to locals.. did our diligence.. Apparently it's ULTRA BAD.. A water well alone I'd have to drill down over 5000 ft.. almost a mile... and the risk of collapse is too great.. you'd be re drilling the well every few years because of the soil..
I was going to make a trailer trommel to take with me to work, hold a dredge and all.. but I am out of space now.. the 1959 beetle I'm restoring and all the parts are taking up too much space..
