Also this is all bullshit , obama is not a liberal.
Wall St has made more money under Obama than ever before.
He talks the bullshit buts lets look at what he has done, pretty much nothing. Dont see any bankers in jail. no pushing for a $20 an hour min wage. Obama care is a huge giveback to the insurance industry and the drug industry which are private enterprises who are practicing true capitalism raising rates for real coverage and dropping others.
When taxes are higher, employment is up. Because at the time it makes more sense to put it back into your business than pull it out.
Taxes have been historically lower than in 50 yrs and we arent at 2 percent unemployment.
And technology has got rid of many jobs that will never come back. I was reading in the next 10 yrs robots will replace 47% of positions. So making taxes zero is not going to bring a jobs boom but they better figure out what they are going to do with those people. Or they will have a big problem.

Economically the Nazis were huge liberals. They raised taxes, expanded social programs, and put a ton of people to work building shit - roads, stadiums, govt projects, etc. This is a big reason how Hitler garnered support for the Nazi party. Germany was doing terribly due to the reparations from WW1. The people felt betrayed because of how bad they were doing. By providing people with money and a job + propaganda machine + murdering his political rivals when he needed to, he consolidated power and became the leading party of Germany (with only 40% support mind you from the people, this is also why he had the SS to come after people against his party). It's really not right to compare him being a rightie because he hated all types of people back then - if thats the case, in that time period, then everyone was "right wing." because its just now today that people are garnering support for homosexuals for example.
I agree with you on robots, and structural problems to unemployment that have nothing to do with "the rich" or taxes FYI. You cant tax people into jobs, and we're going to have a fuck ton of unemployed people going forward due to algos, robots, globalization, etc.
