Since you can't even get the shittiest of apartments in Toronto for under $1500 a month I can see where they'd want the minimum wage to go to $11. Here in the 'Peg you'd get a plush 2 bdrm highrise with a pool, spa and excersise facility for $1500/mo. And underground parking.
Not even sure what the minimum wage is here but it's no $11.
