I don't have any off hand and besides that I think that is something you have to do for yourself. Someone giving you all the answers to make money won't result in you making money.
Cutting corners and having someone else do the work for you is never the answer. You have to build your own relationships with the tubes that are right for you.
If you were a new employee of mine and you came in and asked myself or someone else that question you'd be on the verge of being fired. I'm not trying to be a dick. Just trying to give you valuable information. Don't be lazy.
