Well, I can certainly see what you are talking about, on a daily basis. People not covering their mouths/noses when they sneeze/cough out in public, for instance. I see this a lot these days. I saw someone get spit on just yesterday by a guy walking down the street and he just turned his head and spit a loogie without looking, it landed on a guy.
I recently watched a Mom watch her kid wipe boogers on items on the shelf at the grocery store.
Your example of putting the pipes on the dude in front of his house was spot on, there are many many people that do not like what they consider loud bikes. Not saying you go around blasting the pipes with complete disregard but nevertheless, a lot of guys on bikes do, blipping the throttle, etc. I can understand how it can be frustrating.
