I've brought in some models for a company but they all turned out to be duds that never made a dime. I'm thinking its a numbers game and maybe 1% of model signups will be worth a damn cause I've got almost 20 now and the most any of them made me was $1.95 and that's 10% commission so she made $20 and just quit for whatever reason. I've only recruited from craigslist but I'm thinking that could be the problem. Anybody got any ideas to recruit quality models?
