I just went through an hour and a half
...of hell. I ran out of minutes on my cell phone...for the first time...and it took me an hour and a half on my land line...being switched from one person to another...including my requests for two different supervisors when I found the first one to be inefficient...giving my credit card number a total of five different times...to get more minutes put on it. I have auto refill but it was not due to refill until the 5th.
Where in the hell do they hire these people from?
