Holy crap. I did that for a bit back in 2011. What a royal pain in the ass.
I was recruiting nationwide - fill out the form, submit id, paperwork, etc. Half the time they sent in blurry or otherwise unacceptable docs, the other half the time I spent hours helping them get online.
Go through all that bullshit and finally get them approved only to have them never get online.. or get online once and never again. Fuck that!
The final straw was when the cam site I was using didn't pay me. Check got lost.. 3 times apparently. I never got it. I still paid the girls out of my own pocket, but after that I said fuckit.
