Lets be clear, firstly i offered free samples , i clearly would not do that if the list does not convert, secondly, i have and still do provide access to openrate and CTR'S.
One of our partner companies we made a review simply to bump the sales, if there we're not so much negativity then maybe we would not have to do this.
I have been transparent through all my responses and still continue to do so.
