How do you pay U.S. webmasters and what are the fees. It wasn't clear on the FAQ other than the 100 Euro minimum.
Payout "up to" doesn't mean anything to me. You could post "up to $100,000 CPL" and still only pay $0.50. Do you have the specifics available or can you post them?

Might be nice to see a list of sites they have without having to signup.
Also payouts in non USD don't help me any. Means I have to go figure out the conversion rate.
