We are developing script you are requiring.
Script will have many features, you will be able to choose if you want site without video page (embedded videos from external tubes) or just indexed pages where thumbs are just hotlinked on video page from external tube. Both options are not hosting content on your server.
There are also many more features, like members management (each member will have his own wall, with comments, posts, etc), automatic update, automatic crawler/spider update, pornstar crawlers, spider scheduler clients will be able to change templates from admin panel (html, css, js...), also there will be support for mobile videos.
