I'm with Robbie on this. Don't want to sell your vag when there isn't a cam in the room, then say no. Or if it makes you feel any better, ask the client to set up his own cam on a tri-pod and call it a "homemade" porn movie.
The choice is hers.
The same applies to something on the set. If she is asked to do something she does not want to do, she can just say no. If she loses some work over it, that's the risk she takes. It's a tough gig and it isn't for everyone.
