We are looking for a professional affiliate manager to work on a part time basis with our affiliate program. We recently launched a new patent pending male enhancement product and we need someone who can do the following:

-Affiliate Program Set-Up.

- Affiliate Program Audit's and work plans.

-Recruit affiliates for our affiliate program.

- Manage Affiliates already in the program.

- Incorporate strategies that will empower or improve the affiliate program.

- Hold and organize campaigns (through a number of ways such as SMM, and email marketing), that will gradually create awareness about the affiliate program.

-Research and analyze how competitive websites are fairing with their programs.

-Coach and create training materials that will better existing affiliates promotional methods and help bring in more sales for the company.

-Create full detailed reports on a daily basis and on monthly basis concerning the progress or shortcomings of the affiliate program and the affiliates at large.

-Balanced our Affiliate sales accounts to ensure payouts are distributed correctly.

- Answer and attend to queries brought forward from affiliates.

- Screening affiliates to make sure that the methods of promotion they are using conform with the company's policies and terms.

-Help out Affiliates attach creative materials in their sites.
