Zombaio it is the same company as Redpass. I reported about redpass delay in december 2013, it was $20k by a partner of mine and another one wrote about $30k in the thread, so it happened to many. It coud be they had cash shortage (for whatever reason), and holded 60 days a few of the bigger accounts in redpass, to pay quicker the many Zombaio guys in meantime. However the news had spread (sorry, I contributed, but that's what forums are made for) and a few (includes me) may have stopped using RedPass and/or Zombaio, this causes to Zombaio more cash shortage rather than help.
Whatever Zombaio really made, and whatever it will end (I wish good for everyone), for sure they lacked fast and believable support answers, while delays it happened - and this issue continues now, I see.
About Michael O, I have to say that at Epassporte times, the only way to get a problem fixed it was to ask Michael, so I can't hate him really. Someone may joke that he brings "no luck", but that's not a logic consideration. I have no evidence he ever been executive director or shareholder of epassporte or zombaio/redpass, so that's like when some former ibill employees ended up in other billers (and still are), this does not matter, it is normal. Now if Michael O will join Paxum (or Payoneer) and then such company will fail shortly later, ok, I will rethink this.
