Only thing I noticed was your youtube site that you link to on your home page is deactivated and the twitter account you link to shows less then 10 retweets and less then 50 favorites in the last 24 hours I think. Also no link directly on your FB fanpage to subscribe to the newsletter with a FB newsletter app like this
mailchimp one or
this other one.
You lose a lot of engagement without those kinds of apps on the fanpage for FB users who don't like to leave the FB page.
