ChatReality.com $1200 in revenue last 12 months
This domain is one of my more expensive acquires in the last 3 years. I paid almost $6K for it.
It has been parked doing nothing but collecting click revenue.
There has been 27 inquiries into the sale of the domain in the last 90 days so I figured it's time to see what it will fetch.
The income has been totally passive. Only cost was $8 for the renewal at Godaddy.
Looking for best offer. I did a small test in Jan 2012 on dating and it started to get good traction but I didn't have time to develope the site or give it the content and investment it needed.
A chatroulette style page on a proper hosting would slay it. I didn't have a good host but when I attempted to do this the software was getting an active connection every few seconds. Would only take a good platform to do really well with this.
