'cos you make the full 10k, then the next month another full 10k, then another full 10k, and on and on x 100s of publishers per year. Add in all the smaller numbers to make another bunch of x 1000s a year. There is no shortage of publishers.
say they do that to 10 x 10k monthly publishers, that works out an extra 1.2m profit. Say there's more like 100 of those.. now that's 12m extra profit. Now do that with 1000 x 4k a month publishers, that's now 48m + 12m = 50m extra pure profit per year. Now think about how truly huge mainstream is...
