A few of Manwin/MindGeek employees got their mailing list.

At least one of these employees was a former employee of Gamma Entertainment (also based in Montreal)

Gamma has allegedly been emailing people from this list for over a year

Manwin/MindGeek caught wind of it and has filed in court to injunct Gamma

Mindgeek/Manwin is now suing the former employees and have retained outside council for this purpose (Remember they fired the in house council back in March)

Manwin is now worried about people on that email list suing over privacy concerns.

I will keep you posted on what develops with this but there are whispers that this may be a case of corporate espionage, an email list of MindGeeks customers would be valuable indeed. There is a certain karma to it?.
