They have some very fundemental problems.
They waited for me to ask when I was going to get my Electron card, to withdraw MY money. You have to actually ask them, they do not include it in the package.
When signing up you have to tell them within 7 days the US DOLLAR amount they charged your account. This is useless if you are not in the US or do not have online access to your credit card account.
They charge $5 for every $50 or part of $50 you deposit with them. So with the merchant being charged 8% plus, a very nice minimum 18% and little chance of fraud.
No email to verify the money was paid. The reason I was given was "Confidential" info. Like that the guy just spent $200 with me?
Pity the industry badly needs a replacement for Paypal, they will have to shape up before they are that option.

Seems to sum it up. I'll at least give it a try but until they can be bothered to do something about that 7 day thing I can't. I'm not THAT interested at this stage that I want to bugger about faxing stuff everywhere just to try to open an account. I never have understood why they want to make it difficult (read impossible for many) outside of the US to get an account. Seems it will never be a truly viable alternative until they can sort stuff like his out rather than being happy just to ignore any problems.
