I wouldn't give them shit. Government is one to blame for a big % of damage. Why? Because for more then a decade, ass licking pro eu puppet regime was destroying army that should handle this kind of stuff instead begging around for help.
Only 6 transport helicopters, engineering units didn't do shit, no enough boats (they sold them on scrapyards) and idiotic small amount of active military . Serbia army is now around 22K people...what is complete disaster. For comparasion, back in 1999 , there were more than 115K people (without police and special forces)
So every stupid nation that is naive enough that is expecting others help before doing all it takes on their own to handle situations like this deserve to be slapped like this.
In decades before, there were perfectly organised systems and military drills for different scenarios that is basically not existing today. Uncompetent people are on positions, chief of army is political puppet and country that is unable to do shit. People know that, and below is video of mad guy attacking minister of justice yesterday when he came to take video and make political marketing on disaster of ordinary people.
