Just to clarify, contextual links are written by us and if you order them with pictures we will try to use what you provide with some modifications to get around ad blockers. We may or may not include a second paragraph of text and/or a second image at our own discretion to make things random.
Benefits of contextual links in the sidebar:
* They are on the home page all year even on busier blogs.
* They are fixed in position so you don't move down as more posts come in.
* With pictures they work as ads that bypass ad blocker plugins!
** Sometimes this means they are also the only ads on the page.
