I can't agree with you on this. Most arabs, and by Arabs I mean those that are nationals to a GCC state, aren't prolific rapists. Unfortunately, due to their misguided outlook on the "family honour" system, many rapes do go unreported.
You'll find Arabs that are unworthy of being called humans, but then again, every country has people like this.
