Generally it's something like this for me

< 1:250 = FUCK YEAH!
< 1:1000 = Worth pushing hard
1:1,001 - 1:3,000 = Maybe worth it?
> 1:3,000 = Forget it.
> 1:20,000 = Note what else they own and blacklist
