I'm guessing he's either a
massive pirate (first guess) or the world's biggest freeloader. Wouldn't be surprised at all if that is how he actually makes his living. The more you do, the more difficult all you guys make it for pirates, the more irritated and butt-hurt he gets. No one, and I mean NO ONE, would put in that much energy worrying about another man's business, for two years straight, if it did not directly affect him. Well, that or he has serious stalking tendencies / psychotic issues and just can't help himself. One or the other. He's bad news either way.
