Then he can just add in or subtract from my food list what he wants, but following what I said will still benefit a guy like him immensely. He's lucky then if he needs no weight loss, all he needs to do is adjust the
way he eats, and just add in some healthier snacking throughout the day.
One thing that can keep a guy like that slim is youth. Plenty of people enjoy years of eating whatever crap they want and never gain weight, that is... until they start approaching their 40's. Then metabolism almost always overtakes them and they either change their ways or they blow up like the hindenburg. A warning though -- having a poor diet like that for so many years can (and almost always does) net you a huge risk for developing other health problems. Heart problems, circulation problems, digestion and gastro-intenstinal problems, etc etc. Yay! Let's all hit the McDeath's drive-thruuuu!!!
Seriously, I don't even look at the chip, cookie and cracker aisle any more at the supermarket. I'm all about the other stuff I mentioned these days. I'm especially stuck on pink grapefruit, I have a few slices of it just about every day.
