Forget he even mentioned WU at 5k. No one is going for that.
I'd be looking at this as an 11k sale via Escrow, period. He's willing to do that, that's what people want, end of story.
Unless he's just keeping that on the table long enough until some sucker comes across the thread and sends the 5k.
Sachiho, either park your domain with SEDO and have the decency to give everyone sound mind and have a little confidence in the sale or stop advertising your stuff here because after all of this negativity and doubt and you still won't even do that, then you most likely are a scammer.
$5-11k is not peanuts, satisfy the public which you are offering to sell to, don't argue with or make excuses.
