Hello Pete, glad my hard earned money and the rest of working America's hard earned money is helping to keep a roof over your head and food in your stomach and most importantly, so you can sit here and write a bunch of crap instead of getting a real damn job and stop getting government assistance. Robert, you do damage to legitimate businesses as well as illegitimate ones. This is because you declare that ALL file lockers and communities such as WJunction are illegal. If you recall, prior to us having differences we used to speak on "friendly" terms. You and I both discussed this in a diplomatic way via our ICQ conversations.
Individuals like Martin Sparrow who say that you are doing nothing only mean that you haven't taken anyone to court or haven't done anything that your typical anti-piracy group would do. Such as actually generate a few million takedowns, etc. What you do is different, you defame companies, you use "tactics" and manipulate information to force merchants or hosts to drop companies. You receive funding from illegal Tube Site operators and then take down their competition.
GFY/AVN is protected by a statute that can separate them from your antics only to a certain extent. This thread has become so large, communication has been made on numerous occasions over the past year stressing the concerns over this thread that if taken to court the statute would be removed due to "self-gaining" purposes, ie; visitors and publicity the community/AVN has gained from this thread and the destruction you have rendered against legitimate companies in the process which has fueled competitor sites.
For example you go after sites like RapidGator.net only to destroy their business model in the hopes that the influx of visitors doesn't decide to wakeup and start paying, no. But to go to your sponsors (tube owners) websites for an alternative source of content.
Brief tidbits from our interview with RapidGator.net that will be released shortly. What makes this company illegal? Not a damn thing....

We check DMCA notice, and if it is valid we remove the files immediately.

Yes, we have our own DMCA agents.

We work with licensed companies which detect such content for us.

We received only few DMCA notices in the past by MPAA. But of course
we get DMCA notices from MPAA members too. Normally we provide
takedown tools for such members so they can remove files. But they
still send DMCA notices even if we give such access. For example such
tool been provided to WARNER DMCA agent and to IFPI.

They are big corporations. Even YouTube was targeted by Viacom. When you are big, you get attention.

If they do something illegal ( like ddos, sending us fake dmca or
hacking) we have taken them down in the past. In class action we would consider but need to talk more.

Since we comply with DMCA and provide takedown tools to copyright
holders we have a bright future. More storage space and more tools for copyright holders and account owners.

If you notice, we don't go after a single other anti-piracy company other than you, simply because they are all working within the law and in compliance. You are an entirely different breed. What you call a unique process and one that is required in order to make a dent, is one that the LAW says is illegal. You break U.S. anti-competition laws, you even break AU corporate registration guidelines. You lie, manipulate and do whatever is necessary to fuel you & your partners secret agendas. (Not so secret = destroy company B, visitors go to company A, you receive $$$ from company A to destroy company B).
A class action isn't as far away as you might think.... You go after legitimate companies & have made your own definition of what is right and what is wrong and how to go about dealing with things.
1, 2, 3 & 4
Not all sites you go after are legal, but not all are illegal which is where our biggest issues lie with you.
