Raidgator a legal site??? Now I've heard everything!!
Rapidgator claims to have a zero tolerance policy towards copyright infringement (see below from their website)
Rapidgator.net will take immediate action to stop and prevent further copyright infringement upon acquiring knowledge of a copyright violation. Rapidgator.net has a Zero Tolerance Policy with copyright infringement. Account involved in copyright violations will be terminated and no refund will be issued for the remaining term of the membership.
But when we presented them with proof of over 1000 DMCA notices for one individual poster they just turned a blind eye.
The DMCA law requires companies like rapidgator to terminate repeat infringers but they just simply ignore that part of the law.
So I say again....rapidgator..a legal/legit site? pleeeaasseeee!
