Don't drink orange juice. Fruit juice like that is concentrated and you are getting a huge amount of sugar at onbuce that can give you more calories than you think you are getting.
They used try to get people to drink it daily saying you needed it to get enough vitamin C and many people still drink it thinking this is necessary. It is not - if you eat a balanced healthy diet you don't need to get it from orange juice and you avoid all that sugar!
