they did not live in the ukraine before this started
one claims to be the "prime minister" of Donez, the other leads the military operations of the separatists
did Putin send them there? not after what i read.
but the russian media supports them with their propaganda and russian media = 90% Putin
but it could be easy - Putin would just need to say that he doesn't support those terrorists and acknowledge that the Ukraine is allowed to control their own territory
