-Russian state? No, at any way.
- Local militia fighting against pro nazi? ... no way,
- Ukrainian army (not a real army but a bunch of mercenaries and nazis) that declared day before it they are retreating from positions...probably.
Still,it doesn't mean that they did it, maybe it was done by mistake. Remember when they downed Russian civil plane back in 2001, Ukrainians denied it until last moment when Russians showed evidence, and on that moment they accepted their guilt.
Ukraine is only one benefiting from this. People already forgot people burned alive, killed people over Russian border, or 20 killed civilians in next day (by artilery)...etc.
Wars are made on faked excuse and staged event (WMD in Iraq, Markale in Bosnia, Racak "massacre" in Kosovo...etc), so we should all be very careful judging this terrible event.
