You are correct, we are not a licensed private investigation company however we do engage several investigation firms. However, you do not need to be a private investigator to carry out forensic investigation for yourself or your members if you are an association. I suggest you familiarise yourself with the legislation as it applies to us:

Our screen captures, crawler data and other source material is all gained legally and we are permitted to publish it under fair use as it falls under the scope of both evidentiary material as defined by relevant legislation and editorial content as also defined under the provisions for fair use.

Rudy O Corella's Facebook account seems to have been deleted or made private, Rudy also hosted ScrollDog.com which has now been offline since June 30th, Wonder if Rudy has gotten himself into some legal issues? |
Rudy was fined by the Washington State Attorney Generals Department - to whom he still owes about half a million dollars - for misleading and deceptive conduct in relation to Ultramegabit.

I don't believe that Rudy has gotten himself into any more trouble relating to UltraMegaBit, what has happened is that despite Rudy's bravado he's run out of merchant accounts. UltraMegaBit.com is tainted. However redirecting from UltraMegaBit.com to UPLOADTO.US will not assure the continued access to merchant accounts as even today, a Sunday, we've put in place measures to continue to apply the pressure.
With all that said, Rudy and his mates are standing on train tracks and a great big hulking steam train is heading toward them - they are just too cocky to realise what the big picture will result in for them.
