I'm currently looking for individuals that have a decent eye for design and can put together banners for use around FreeOnes and for other projects. My current needs go from simple banners which are simply cropped images with a models name placed on it, to more flashy banners that are obviously an advertisement. I may also be looking for .gif and flash banners.
What You Need for the Job
- enough design and photo shop skill to put together banners that fit the needs of

- follow directions well and work within our guidelines
- be able to deliver the galleries and banners by the given due date with minimal revision needed on our side
- be able to change up your designs based on our feedback gained from different metrics
Other Stuff
Please be aware that the work needing to be done can be time sensitive and if you are chosen and agree to this task, they absolutely must be ready to go by the assigned due date. No exceptions!
Compensation will be discussed in more detail if I'm interested in your work, and it will be based on your skill. An example would be $10 for 20 cropped banners (you simply crop your banner from a photo and only add the girl's name) vs. $10 per 3 galleries that you can find on the main page of
www.freeones.com.
In the future, the job could require you to upload the banners to our banner server, but we'll cross that bridge when it comes up.
Additionally:
- Have either ICQ or Skype for communication with the FreeOnes team
- Have dropbox so we can give you content for the banners
- I only pay by
www.paxum.com. If you don't use paxum, it's free to sign up (kind of like paypal, but accepts adult)
- I only pay in USD
- I am looking for several individuals to deliver banners
