Those cards are a pain in the ass. Usually its the controller for memory that take a shit. I know you heart shits so here is a couple links but I would start with some freeware stuff first.
You'll need a usb card reader most likely.
download.com has a ton of utilities for this. I would start with those and then and only then maybe go with these guys.

They have some tools and pointers but again most of the time it's a controller issue and barring a dump (I know your still with me) from the actual memory its kind of a waste. (Three euphemisms, boom!) Or maybe that's four. I dunno.
