Backs up what I said earlier. But to hear this is even worse. It means we are now seen as a country who won't keep their word when someone is in trouble.

That article was from July. The article in August said the supplies were on a plane and being shipped. So the word was kept. It just took a while to complete the task.
Like I said before, I'd rather it take some time, than for it to be rushed and end up with half or more of the stuff go "missing".
