In a nutshell, the top list you're looking at is a combination of clicks, searches, the babe's star rating and a number of other little things.
So we have people just now "discovering" a certain babe through their travels on FreeOnes, or like Mutt said, people searching for their favorite babes to navigate to their section.
We have plenty of people still talking about long retired girls and trying to find long lost content somewhere out on the internet.
