Again LoL... You can do a shit against PayPal accounts that are used for payout since you are not able to identify them. OK, they can use NOW one account which gonna be blocked for some time, but if they use 50 or more? LOL

Netload is going down a normal way since they close their company and announced it about one year back. Even you wrote about it two weeks after they announced it. They will be gone one day, but nothing to do with your fucking campaign
Keep2Share is one other player and they are still in business. And they have still all cc payments available, so you did NOTHING or you didn't work as hard as you promise
