When you pay with a credit card, they have a touchscreen that has options for tip amount (10%, 15%, etc.) - If you want to leave no tip you have to actively push 'no tip' - and then feel like a dickhead.
In places like this, is used to be tipping was an optional, proactive thing, but now you have to be proactive to NOT tip - I'll bet tons of people who wouldn't have otherwise tipped are tipping on these new touchscreens
