this is how the business is able to keep paying minimum wage to their employees. they pass the buck to the customer to keep these jobs viable for people.
if you dont like it you should stop giving them your business, and write a letter to corporate letting them know that youll be back when they increase their employee pay to a living wage, even if it means increasing prices a nominal percentage.
