I hear KnownHost & Servint are decent. Never used either of them as basically been running liquid web for years as uptime is crucial to me and dig that they own the data centers in case shit does go bad someday will be a quicker resolution. Also like my shit in Michigan since I'm in Chicago. Initially went with another provider that put my shit in Chicago who I won't name and uptime sucked ass so I left. KnownHost doesn't have phone support as far as I'm aware so up to you if that matters as seems to be the main comment/reason a lot of people don't go with them at that big web hosting forum.
