I presume you're hinting at the Pornhub Save the Boobs campaign.
Back in October 2012, Pornhub offered a penny per 30 video views for Breast Cancer Research. However, halfway through the campaign - the charity which they had selected - "Susan G. Komen Foundation" - rejected their offer.
However, undeterred by this Pornhub continued with their campaign. They then called upon any charity which would accept the donation. They managed to raise ~25k with the campaign and then went ahead and tripled with to $75,000, which they distributed among several charities.
A few notable ones included the Eileen Stein Jacoby Fund and Cancer Sucks Inc.
So to answer your question -
Yes! Prejudice is rampant across charities when it comes to accepting donations from Adult companies, but then there are several who're more inclined towards their cause and have no problem or moral doubts againt accepting payments from adult companies.
