The way it reads, three unsuccessful attempts at stitching the poor guy up. The unforeseen with the dissoluble sutures at first operation, well this may be possible, but the second time, this falls on his or hers hands. I for one would think the vet would do the next procedure for the sake of the animal, not the money.
