Good to read a positive post about getting into the industry apposed to so many around the web that say the industry is dead which it is not... sure its not easy and you need something new, original, or exclusive. We unfortunately could not start with free sites but had a decent understanding from back in the 90's of how things worked although the learning curve to catch back up wasn't fun. We do convert at a mid 1/000 triple digits steady so you can still build successful sites ... just be prepared to work hard!
