Unless they can truly show different ownership, which I highly doubt. This just a bullshit ploy to try and get a fresh start and blame it on the last guy, which is really them. I am sure some people will fall for this bullshit. Also another way to say we don't owe you any money the other guys does, we aren't late these are our terms...lol
