Is SITE an affiliate site? IF yes, choose random number 1 - 10. If under 8, PENALIZE
Does site have any non-Google ADs? IF yes, continue
Is site MAJOR BRAND? IF yes choose random number 1 - 100 if under 2, PENALIZE
Is site MEDIUM BRAND? IF yes choose random number 1 - 100 if under 5, PENALIZE
Is site MINOR BRAND? IF yes choose random number 1 - 100 if under 25, PENALIZE
Is site NON BRAND? IF yes choose random number 1 - 100 if under 50, PENALIZE
